About the Resource Person
Dr Sahni has extensive experience in using and teaching LR methods and various data analysis softwares and has conducted more than 80+ FDP's and trained more than 5000 scholars in last 5 years. With a wealth of experience in leveraging LR methodologies and qualitative and quantitative research , she has published papers in International Journal of Consumer Services (A), Tourism Recreation Research (A), Journal of Consumer Affairs (A), Journal of Economic Surveys (A) , 2 in Acta psychologica (A) , Benchmarking (B), and Global Knowledge , Memory and Communication (B), many more. She is well versed with various research tools, such as MAXQDA, NVIVO, AMOS, SPSS, Smart PLS, Bibexcel, Gephi, Vosviewer etc.
Dr Nupur Arora is a doctorate in the domain of marketing and consumer behavior. She is a gold medalist in management (post-graduation). She has a rich 14-year experience including industry and academics. Her research interests include Online Consumer Behaviour, E-commerce, sustainable consumption and social Media marketing. She is a member of the Insurance Institute of India. She has published 20 research papers (journal papers and book chapters) in international journals of repute (ABDC A and B category, Scopus, SSCI). She has been involved in teaching postgraduate and undergraduate students and handling corporate relations. She also has 4 books and two journal special issues to her credit in the specialization of insurance and online shopping. She has won many best paper awards in many international conferences including INDAM at IIM Indore.
