Koach Scholar was born in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, when researchers and PhD scholars around the world found themselves isolated, struggling to navigate the complex journey from designing their studies to getting published in reputed journals. The sudden shift to remote work and online learning revealed a clear gap: researchers needed not just resources, but hands-on support, practical guidance, and a community to move their ideas forward.
This is where Koach Scholar began. What started as small, focused online training sessions on research methodology quickly grew into a comprehensive platform for academic mentorship. We began by delivering live workshops on topics such as literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and publication strategies—always aiming to simplify complexity and empower researchers to achieve clarity and confidence in their work.
As the need for structured learning and personalized support grew, so did our offerings. Today, Koach Scholar provides:
Our mission is simple: to help scholars and faculty at every stage of their research unlock their potential, bridge knowledge gaps, and produce work that contributes meaningfully to their fields.
Over time, we have worked with researchers across universities, business schools, and academic institutions, bringing together experience, methodological expertise, and a passion for academic excellence.
At Koach Scholar, we believe research does not have to be a lonely journey. With the right guidance, tools, and strategies, every scholar can move from struggling and overwhelmed to confident and published.
We continue to expand our network of experts and associates who share our vision—to create a supportive, practical, and empowering ecosystem for researchers across the globe.

I have attended the Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Demystifying Literature Review Techniques, organized by Koach Scholar, from 30th of July to 2nd of Aug, 2020. Dr. Sreejesh Pillai & Dr. RPS Kaurav were excellent. Their way of teaching was to the point and precise. Contents of the sessions were relevant, and the FDP has provided hands on experience on platforms like Mendeley, Zotero, VOS viewer etc. Meta-Analysisand Bibliometric analysis were the key take home of the FDP. Loads of gratitude to the Organizers and Resource Persons.

The majority of data analysis workshops (offline and online) focus on run-of-the-mill programs on SPSS, AMOS and other quantitative techniques. But Koach Scholar has identified a niche area that is extremely crucial and talked about very less. Looking forward for more such unique and enriching content-laden programs in the future.

I haveattended the workshop on Literature Review. I was impressed by the quality of trainers and the level of professionalism demonstrated by organizers. Despite having good Industry and academic experience, I was amazed by the course content, by the depth in application of various tools and techniques, and the leadership demonstrated in ensuring high quality research output. Koach Scholar is also on right track with their programs (I have attended many of the programs after this workshop). The quality of content is as impressive as it was in other workshops

Koach Scholar is doing a commendable job in disseminating basic andadvanced knowledge in Research Methodology and Research Writing for academicians, practitioners and students. Their customized curriculum as per the demands of stake-holders is appreciable. Team Koach is filling up gaps in most universities where no dedicated faculty members/trainees are available to teach Research Methodology and essential requirements of data analysis.
