Module 1: AI for Research
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to
- Understand the role and scope of AI in academic research.
- Conduct literature reviews (systematic, bibliometric, thematic) with AI tools.
- Use AI for qualitative analysis (text mining, coding, lexicometric analysis)
- Use AI for quantitative research (predictive modeling, Data analysis, data visualization).
- Improve academic writing, structuring, and plagiarism checks with AI.
- Convert theses/dissertations into publishable journal papers using AI support.
- Manage references, bibliographies, and citation networks with AI-enabled software.
- Build a personal AI-powered research toolkit and workflow.

- Address ethical, legal, and bias-related challenges in AI-powered pedagogy.
- Develop an institutional roadmap for adopting AI in teaching and training.
